    6.30pm The Laser Show!

    Gates will close at 6pm promptly to allow everyone to be in position in time for the show. The Laser show will commence at 6.30 and last for 15 minutes. Gates will re open as soon as the show finishes where we will be asking people to leave the site promptly.

    There will be food vans, hot drinks, alcoholic drinks, candy floss, popcorn, hot donuts, bouncy castle and glow up items on site along with a range of stall holders and mascots, building a great atmosphere as we approach the show so come and join us early and soak up the atmosphere.

  • We will have fantastic, local food vans on hand for your food and drink needs.

    Glow products can also be purchased on the day along with a range of stall holders.

    NOTE: This is a family friendly event so please be respectful.

  • Tickets are available to buy here.

    Tickets are limited to so buy early to avoid disappointment.

    Please make sure you have your QR code ticket to scan at the entry gate. Without this will be unable to allow entry to site.

  • On the day, our wonderful volunteers will be wearing hi-vis jackets so they can be easily spotted around the grounds for help.

    We request that you do not bring your own food and drink on site.

  • No. Payment will be taken by cash or card or card at our food vendors. Payment via QR code for the glow items are preferable though cash will be accepted.

  • No. As our venue is within a school field we cannot allow dogs entry.

  • Access to the site is all on one level and a disabled toilet that can be used. If you need to park at the venue the please contact us. Space will be limited.

  • The show will go on!

    Rain and cloud can actually sometimes add to the effect of the lasers and hence the show will go on except in extreme weather conditions. We recommend that you get your warm clothes and wellies at the ready!

  • We regret that no refunds to tickets can be given.

  • Medical professionals will be on site to ensure first aid is quickly available should it be required.

  • Children are the responsibility of adults at all times. However, should a child get lost then they will be taken to the staff area and their parents will be announced over the tannoy.

    We recommend wrist bands with the parents’ phone numbers on are given to young children.

  • Unfortunately, there is strictly NO PARKING ON SITE. We ask that if you are local you please walk or park at a friends house. If you do need to drive, we ask you to please park respectfully as this is a residential area. Please do not park dangerously, on double yellow lines and please do not park blocking residents driveways. If you are a blue badge holder and unable to walk to the site, please email, space will be limited.

  • There will be no access to the school building, but there will be a number of porta-loos on site.

  • FISHES (Freegrounds Infant School PTA) have organised what will be hopefully the first of many Hedge End Laser Illumination shows.

    Money raised from the event will go towards supporting the children that pass through the school, both now and in the future.

    We truly believe that this will be a great experience for the entire community to enjoy and are therefore eager to get everyone involved!
